Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with FyTevΦ. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Subscription Refunds
- 7-day refund window: If you subscribed within the last 7 days and have not substantially used the paid features (fewer than 5 scans), you may request a full refund.
- After 7 days: No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Your access continues until the period ends.
- Annual plans: Refunds for annual subscriptions may be issued on a pro-rated basis within 14 days of purchase, at our discretion.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
Marketplace Transactions
FyTevΦ is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Transaction disputes between buyers and sellers are handled between the parties. FyTevΦ does not guarantee refunds on marketplace transactions. If you believe a seller has committed fraud, contact us at support@fytevo.com and we will investigate.
Technical Issues
If a technical error on our end prevented you from using a paid feature (e.g., scan service was completely down for an extended period), contact us within 30 days and we will credit your account or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@fytevo.com with subject "Refund Request" including your account email, subscription type, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
EU / UK Consumer Rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you may have additional statutory cancellation rights. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital subscriptions, provided you have not exercised the service during that period. By starting to use FyTevΦ immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right may no longer apply.
