Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on FyTevΦ infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent at dmca@fytevo.com with all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone, email)
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material on fytevo.com
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your electronic or physical signature
We will respond within 10 business days and remove infringing content promptly upon verification.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice at dmca@fytevo.com including: your contact info, the URL of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction in your federal district.
Repeat Infringers
FyTevΦ will terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
